With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Mohammad has significantly contributed to major projects such as the Husky Sunrise Project, Statoil Corner Project, TC Energy Coastal Gas Link (CGL) Project, and Trans Mountain Expansion Project (TMEP). He has excelled in various roles, focusing on project management processes, including governance and assurance, front-end planning, procurement and contracting strategies, risk assessment, scheduling, cost estimation and control, performance measurement, and change management. Mohammad is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, and a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACEI. He holds a PhD in Project Management Specialization from the University of Calgary, complemented by a background in Mechanical Engineering.
Ilya has 20 years of extensive experience in oil and gas projects, with recent 10 years focused on project controls, specifically planning and scheduling within both owner and EPCM environments. He has successfully collaborated in joint ventures with major industry players like Gazprom, Shell, ExxonMobil, Total, Equinor (Statoil), PetroChina managing projects portfolio worth over $50 billion. His expertise spans nearly the entire palette of oil and gas projects - from exploration to production, processing, storage and pipeline transportation as well as LNG. Key area of expertise - development of tailored toolkits for monitoring, analysis, control, and benchmarking of project execution using Primavera P6 and Power BI. Ilya Kabanov actively champions the integration of data-driven strategies into project controls, enhancing both decision-making and strategic planning processes. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI. He holds a master’s degree in Process Engineering alongside with degrees in International and National Economics.
With over 15 years of experience, Mohsen is a seasoned Project Controls expert specializing in integrating project data and utilizing Power BI to create dashboards that drive data-driven decisions. He has implemented Earned Value Management (EVM) systems across numerous major and mega engineering, procurement, and construction projects, providing senior management with crucial insights into progress, cost, and performance. Mohsen holds an MSC in Project Management from the University of Calgary and an MSC in Structural Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, and he is certified as an Earned Value Professional by AACEi. Additionally, he has attended specialized training in Quantitative Risk Management and has published research in construction site layout planning. Passionate about leveraging his skills for impactful projects, Mohsen consistently contributes to organizational success.
Fraser has over 13 years of experience in project controls with a strong background in managing large-scale capital projects through FEED, detailed design, construction and commissioning. He is a strong team player committed to quality and safety. Fraser has gained extensive experience by holding various roles with companies such as Trans Mountain, Enbridge, and Jacobs; and contributed to major projects such as Enbridge’s T-South Expansion and the Trans Mountain Expansion Project (TMEP). Known for his problem-solving skills and dedication to success, Fraser is always looking for new challenges.
